Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Bedford, NH is seeking a Building Services Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance across facilities, ensure compliance with codes, and drive safety and reliability for FSUE systems. You will supervise trades, custodial, and vendors, schedule preventive maintenance, review cGMP documentation, and support investigations and CAPAs in collaboration with the Facilities Manager.

Qualifications

• AS/BS degree or equivalent experience and Proven 3 years' experience in a GMP Facility in a technical role.
• Demonstrated skills in leadership, communication, teamwork, and change management.
• Extensive knowledge of utility and facility equipment and related systems.
• Strong ability to promote safety and maintain cGMP documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety rules and awareness and lead by example.
• Ensure facility and grounds meet company and local standards; enforce security policies.
• Coordinate shutdowns for preventive maintenance and facility modifications.
• Review and revise cGMP documentation and support CAPA investigations.
• Schedule and coordinate with contractors and on-site vendors.
• Lead maintenance planning and ensure timely completion of MWOs and PMs.
• Collaborate with Facilities Manager and cross-functional teams to prioritize work.
