Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking a production associate to support patient-specific Prophecy products. The role involves printing routers, labeling, packaging, and final processing activities to ensure high-quality orders are delivered.

You will perform inspections, follow work instructions, and help move materials through production while maintaining GMP/GDP compliance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment and understanding of GMP/GDP.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to safely follow manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and ergonomic practices.
• Ability to efficiently operate labeling, carton, and manual auto-bag stations.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

What You Need

• Ability to reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive hand movements
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and effectively
• Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses and steel-toed shoes in designated areas
• Strong visual attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections accurately
