Job summary

• BA/BS degree plus 2 years related experience; Masters degree plus 0 years.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Equivalency may be considered (education/experience) as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Directs shift operations and ensures product integrity per schedule and cGMP.
• Maintains floor presence to minimize discrepancies and ensure documentation.
• Participates in process/product troubleshooting to correct undesirable parameters.
• Acts as initial contact for partner groups (Maintenance, Quality, etc.).
• Qualified to operate all equipment and lead processes to meet production schedule.
• May implement measures to improve production methods and equipment performance.
• Provides supervision and coaching for employee development.
• Ensures required training is completed in a timely manner.
