Job summary

Grifols is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing - IGIV Bulk in California to oversee the manufacturing process and shift personnel, ensuring cGMP compliance and aseptic operation. The role includes training and developing department technicians and maintaining regulatory readiness.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in pharma/GMP environments, with a relevant degree and strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in a pharmaceutical, GMP, or FDA regulated environment.
• Equivalency: High school diploma or GED with 4 years related experience in a pharmaceutical, GMP, or FDA regulated environment.
• Requires understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, including protein purification and aseptic processing.
• Knowledge of cGMPs, FDA regulations, and industry guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a unit or group of employees on designated shift, assign tasks, and maintain schedules.
• Oversee production review of batch documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Initiate Facility Work Orders when equipment requires repair.
• Lead process troubleshooting to maintain aseptic processing and product yields.
