Corden Pharma Boulder, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead the site warehouse team, ensuring safe, compliant handling of materials and 24/7 operations.

You will oversee daily functions, coordinate material flow with production and logistics partners, ensure SAP-based inventory accuracy, and drive improvements in safety and efficiency while managing shift staffing and training. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with minimum 5 years of warehouse/logistics experience
• Minimum of 3 years in GMP environment and minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental requirements
• Manage day-to-day warehouse functions and personnel oversight
• Support SAP-based inventory management and order dispatch
• Oversee internal/external audits and CAPA process
• Lead warehouse and logistics projects for space utilization, cold storage, recycling and disposal
• Coordinate material movement among third-party warehouses and sites
• Verify stock quantities and quality; resolve issues with damaged goods, late deliveries, and invoices
• Support transportation activities and coordinate with SCM teams
• Ensure safe handling of hazardous waste and shipping per regulations
• Provide product profiles for DOT/IATA-compliant shipments
• Review daily warehouse operations to maintain neat, secure facilities and prevent damage
• Enforce safety procedures per GMP, FDA, OSHA and MSDS standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
