Job summary

JC Automation Corp. is seeking an experienced Design Verification Lead to support capital project execution in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate design activities, oversee verification, and ensure deliverables stay on schedule and budget while maintaining GMP compliance and high-quality standards. The role requires strong technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and deep knowledge of design and verification workflows in capital projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership across multiple workstreams.
• Strong coordination of cross-functional teams (design, construction, quality).
• Solid understanding of GMP requirements and capital project controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design activities with Project Manager across phases.
• Develop and maintain design schedule to meet project needs.
• Oversee verification activities and manage the Verification Service Provider.
• Collaborate with A/E firm, SMEs, and end users to ensure design meets intent.
• Prepare closeout documentation and governance updates.
