Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience leading facilities, janitorial, manufacturing, or service teams will be considered.
• May require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities within GMP program areas and supervise employees.
• Train, supervise and instruct staff on tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Prepare written reports and conduct quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Monitor equipment and supplies inventories; schedule maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety compliance; address issues with manager.
