Title:Custodial Supervisor - Entry-level GMP ManagementJob Description:Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 per yearJob OverviewThe GMP Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities within the assigned areas in the GMP program. This includes the company employees and other temporary employees engaged in the program. The supervisor will inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation, OSHA regulations and site-specific SOPs.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.Perform duties of employees within the program assignedTrain, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and proceduresCoordinate and monitor work activities, recommends training and issues disciplinePrepare written reports, such as pass down, and/or weekly/monthly updatesPerform quality, service, and safety inspectionsTrack equipment inventory, and schedules maintenance and repairTrack supplies inventoryMonitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment to assure safety complianceReport employee personnel and customer issues to managerCorrect at risk behavior immediately, then reports to the manager immediatelyProvide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvementMaintain records, i.e., training, inspections, attendance, and metric dataFamiliar with supervisor responsibilitiesSome travel may be required for this positionQualificationTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
