The role supports training, performance oversight, reporting, and safety inspections. The position includes travel as needed and carries a Friday–Sunday 6:00 AM–6:00 PM shift with a $60,000–$65,000 annual base pay.

Job Description: NOW HIRING: Custodial Supervisor (GMP Entry-level Manager)
Compensation: $60,000-$65,000 per year
Shift: Friday-Sunday 6:00AM-6:00PM
The GMP Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities within the assigned areas in the GMP program. This includes the company employees and other temporary employees engaged in the program. The supervisor will inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation, OSHA regulations and site-specific SOPs.
Education and/ or Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
Candidates with an equivalent combination of education, technical training, professional certifications, and progressively responsible experience leading facilities, operations, janitorial, manufacturing, or service teams will also be considered.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements.
