Canteen is hiring a GMP Manager to oversee contamination control and environmental cleaning in ISO 8/9 cleanrooms. You will manage GMP documentation, cleaning validation, and SOP reporting while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering high-quality clinical engineering services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum five years GMP environment experience in clinical high customer/client relationships.
• Experience managing clinical engineering account.
• Budgeting, forecasting experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations.
• Ability to multitask and establish priorities.
• Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.
• Exhibit initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop a business plan.
• Monitor and control overhead expenses.
• Ensure attainment of financial goals.
• Review financial statements with leadership and weekly operating reports.
• Monitor future contract financial reviews and updates.
• Manage productivity and staffing to meet divisional goals.
• Maintain client satisfaction and account retention.
• Administer client surveys and respond to feedback.
• Promote awareness of program alternatives and resources.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts and SOPs.
• Support contamination control workflows per GMP standards.
• Formulate technical action plans to address non-conformances.
