Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. seeks a GMP Cleaner to perform cleaning and sanitation in GMP-controlled environments, including cleanrooms and laboratories. The role requires strict adherence to GMP, SOPs, and safety standards to ensure regulatory compliance.

The position supports production and quality teams, maintains meticulous logs, and follows gowning procedures with appropriate PPE. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in GMP, pharmaceutical, biotech, or cleanroom environments preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP standards and cleaning validation processes is a plus.
• Bilingual English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of GMP-controlled areas such as cleanrooms, laboratories, and production spaces.
• Follow GMP, SOP, and safety protocols during all cleaning activities.
• Use approved cleaning agents and disinfectants according to established guidelines.
• Maintain accurate cleaning logs and documentation.
• Handle and dispose of waste in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Adhere to gowning procedures and wear required PPE at all times.
• Identify and report any contamination risks, deviations, or safety concerns immediately.
• Support internal and external audits by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and documentation.
• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to ensure compliance.
