Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a GMP Cleaner for the 3rd shift in a union environment. The role involves maintaining a clean GMP area, adhering to cGMP standards, SOPs, and PPE requirements. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM–4:30 AM, with potential overtime as needed.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning, sanitization, logbook entries, inventory support, and collaboration with the Site Services Manager to ensure GMP compliance. Benefits packages and competitive pay apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English to understand task instructions and complete documentation.
• High level of accuracy with cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend and work in PPE for extended periods.
• Capable of following GMP cleaning protocols and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• GMP-level cleaning of assigned areas; surfaces cleaned to standards.
• Vacuum floors with cleanroom-rated vacuums and damp mop with approved disinfectants.
• Wipe and clean surfaces including doors, frames, glass, and partitions using IPA.
• Maintain real-time electronic logbooks for cleaning procedures.
• Follow PPE, gowning procedures, safety rules, and SOPs.
