Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a GMP Cleaner for the 2nd shift to perform a range of custodial duties under supervision. The role emphasizes following SOPs, maintaining clean work areas, and using proper PPE.

Experience in manufacturing cleaning and floor maintenance is preferred. Candidates should be able to work with minimal supervision, communicate in English where needed, and contribute to a team that delivers high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing cleaning responsibilities require 2-3 years previous experience.
• Advanced skills, such as hard floor and carpet maintenance, six months to one year of experience.
• Ability to speak and read English is a plus and may be required by some customers.
• Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance

Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs and daily/periodic tasks in assigned areas.
• Maintain neat, orderly work area and storage areas.
• Operate cleaning equipment and notify supervisor for repairs.
• Keep supply levels in janitorial closets.
• Work safely and report unsafe conditions.
• Wear appropriate PPE for tasks.
• Assist in orientation and training for new employees.
• Adhere to security procedures and address service issues as needed.
• Perform other cleaning-related duties as required.
