Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP seeks a GMP Technician to maintain clean GMP areas, follow instructions, and assist team with duties. You will learn and perform tasks in a GMP environment while upholding safety standards.

The role emphasizes communication, customer service awareness, and adherence to SBM SOPs. Shifts are night-based, with a focus on consistent, safe sanitation and documentation.

Qualifications

• Education and/ or Experience: High school diploma / GED – preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus.
• A valid driver's license may be required based on business needs.
• Employees may need to drive as part of job duties; maintain MVR standards.
• Must complete safety and task training certification.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Maintain clean work area and perform repetitive tasks.
• Communicate with lead, supervisor, and coworkers in a professional manner.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items and work orders.
• Use proper personal protective equipment and follow gowning procedures.
• Complete daily logs and participate in trainings and certifications.
• Respond to customer requests professionally and uphold GMP standards.
