Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a GMP Project Manager Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and administrative tasks ensuring contract conformance. You will manage sanitization schedules, verify consumable expiries, and support GMP manufacturing suites by following SOPs and GDP documentation.

The role requires an advanced understanding of GMP compliance, supervising associates, and maintaining quality controls and inventory for the assigned building.

Qualifications

• Must understand GMP and GDP practices.
• Experience training associates and supervising aseptic handling is preferred.
• Strong emphasis on quality control and documentation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily sanitizations and prepare cleaning solutions per SOP.
• Maintain shift/daily sanitization schedules and verify materials for expiry.
• Log activities in written and electronic records per GMP and GDP.
• Train associates under supervision on aseptic techniques and cross-contamination awareness.
• Oversee inspections, quality control measures, and inventory control of equipment and supplies.

Job description

The GMP Project Manager Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and administrative activities to ensure conformance to contract requirements.

Manage shift/daily sanitization schedule. Manage expiration dates for consumables, cleaning solutions as well as sanitization activities. Ensures it is within acceptable range prior to beginning task. Ensure cleaners are support all GMP manufacturing production suites by performing all tasks as outlined per assigned SOPs. Perform daily sanitizations, making up solutions as outlined on SOP and log activities in written and electronic documents in accordance with good manufacturing practice (GMP) and good documentation procedures (GDP), review documentation as appropriate.

Expected to attain an advanced understanding of GMP compliance while training associates under close supervision, demonstrating aseptic technique and cross contamination awareness in handling of products and materials. Oversees inspections, quality control measures, and the inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned building.

Compensation: $60,000 - $62,000 per year salary (U.S. Dollars)
