Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a GMP Technician to keep assigned areas clean and orderly in a GMP environment. You will work with teammates, follow verbal and written instructions, and explain how to complete tasks with basic communication.

Responsibilities include safety, daily logs, gowning certification, training modules, and a professional appearance. Shifts run Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday with $18.00-$19.00/hr; comprehensive benefits are provided. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 6 months to 1 year experience preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plus; may require valid driver's license; safety training and task certification.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures

• Maintain clean work area
• Present a professional appearance and conduct
• Understand customer service and satisfaction
• Complete daily FN logs accurately and completely
• Must be trained and be certified in correct gowning procedures for assigned area
• Complete basic training modules and annual qualification trainings
• Complete all safety certifications including chemical safety
• Available to act as area fill-in in the event of general staff shortage
• Support shift lead in completing work orders
