Job summary

CSI International, Inc. in Harvard, MA is seeking a responsible GMP Cleaner to join our manufacturing facility. You will perform cleaning tasks, follow SOPs, and maintain a safe, organized work area.

Prior manufacturing cleaning experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are preferred. The role requires attention to detail, independent work ethic, and willingness to learn GMP documentation. Training is provided, with opportunities on multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of previous manufacturing cleaning experience required.
• 6 months to 1 year of advanced cleaning skills (hard floor and carpet maintenance).
• Ability to read/write English is preferred by some customers.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify

Responsibilities

• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Performs daily and periodic tasks in assigned areas as directed.
• Maintains a neat and orderly work area, including janitorial closets and storage areas.
• Maintains cleaning equipment in good working condition, and notifies the Manager or Supervisor if repair or replacement is necessary.
• Maintains appropriate supply levels in assigned janitorial closets and storage areas.
• Works safely at all times and promptly informs management about unsafe conditions existing in the work area.
• Wears personal protective equipment appropriate for the task being performed.
• Assists in orientation and training for new employees as directed.
• Adheres to proper security procedures.
• Notifies management about problems or opportunities that affect service to the customer.
• Performs other cleaning-related duties as required.
• Proper GMP documentation, including good penmanship.
• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Cleaning and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
• GMP Cleaner Requirements:
• 2-3 years of previous manufacturing cleaning experience required.
• 6months to1 year of advanced cleaning skills, such as hard floor and carpet maintenance, required.
• Ability to speak, write and read English is preferred and may be required by some customers.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
