Takeda in Lexington, MA is seeking a Senior Maintenance and Utilities Technician to ensure safe, compliant operation of critical process equipment and utility systems in GMP manufacturing. Qualifikationen

• Candidates must have hands-on maintenance, operation, and troubleshooting experience with GMP equipment.
• Experience with process utilities and critical systems (WFI, RO, autoclaves) is preferred.
• Strong documentation practices in GMP and incident reporting.
• Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals.
• Safety-first mindset with adherence to site procedures.

• Respond to alarms and non-routine events with prioritized responses.
• Serve as primary shift contact, triage issues, and coordinate support.
• Monitor and own process equipment and utility systems for readiness.
• Perform maintenance per GMP and regulatory expectations.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logbooks.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, contractors.
• Provide technical leadership and knowledge transfer.
• Analyze equipment data to drive reliability improvements.
• Support water and clean utility systems as applicable.
• Assist with audits and inspection readiness.
