Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Senior Maintenance and Utilities Technician (Nights) in Lexington, MA to ensure safe, compliant operation of GMP manufacturing support systems and critical utilities. You will diagnose issues, manage alarms, and coordinate cross-functional support to maintain plant readiness.

The role emphasizes advanced troubleshooting, documentation, and hands-on maintenance of WFI/RO systems, autoclaves, and chromatography utilities within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant experience or technical certification / associate degree.
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for process equipment and utility systems.
• Strong understanding of cGMP requirements and audit readiness.
• Proficiency in CMMS and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarms and non-routine events, triage issues, and coordinate support.
• Serve as primary operational contact during shifts to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor and maintain process equipment and utility systems for continuous readiness.
• Maintain GMP-compliant documentation and logs for audit readiness.
• Lead reliability initiatives and support continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
