Job summary
Elanco Animal Health is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer at our Elwood, KS facility to optimize monoclonal antibody manufacturing processes. You will provide on-floor support, troubleshoot equipment, and drive improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
The role requires a chemical/biological engineering background, knowledge of cGMP, and experience in pharma/biotech environments. This salaried position includes relocation consideration, and a comprehensive benefits
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Biological or related engineering.
- Experience in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
- Working knowledge of cGMP standards and regulated environments; cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and on-floor support for process and equipment; perform root cause analysis.
- Maintain qualified state of process equipment; ensure compliance and documentation.
- Leverage data to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead lifecycle of capital projects from design to validation.
- Prepare and review key docs such as P&IDs, URS, and risk assessments.
