Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a maintenance professional to oversee and perform maintenance on production, process, refrigeration, HVAC and site utility equipment in a GMP environment. The role emphasizes independent problem solving, coordination with internal teams, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include developing maintenance plans, selecting parts for reliability, and ensuring timely documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience and knowledge of maintenance in a cGMP Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DCS, PLC, and/or BAS control systems.
• Proven CMMS experience and documentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Utilities Maintenance, Process Engineering, and Quality to ensure GMP/compliance.
• Performs corrective and preventive maintenance on Air Handlers, Refrigeration Equipment, Chambers and other utilities.
• Develops maintenance job plans, procedures, and work instructions for site equipment.
• Recommends spare parts and preventive maintenance to improve reliability.
• Routes documentation for spare parts requests and work orders.
