Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent with exposure to regulated environments.
• Experience in manufacturing or biopharma is helpful in a GMP setting.
• Attention to detail and disciplined approach to execution.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing operations following procedures in a GMP environment.
• Perform cleanroom tasks with discipline and consistency.
• Support drug substance manufacturing including aseptic processing and formulation.
• Record data in real time with data integrity standards.
• Maintain production area cleanliness and readiness.
• Use SAP, Veeva, DeltaV, Syncade, LIMS, CMMS as required.
• Learn equipment, processes, and digital systems to exercise technical judgment.
• Follow safety, waste, and environmental guidelines.
• Complete training on time and maintain gowning qualifications.
• Collaborate with teammates and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth execution.
