Job summary
JC Automation Corp. is seeking an Automation Engineer to support automation and controls within a GMP-regulated environment, applying an engineering background to automation/controls activities. The role requires availability to work or provide support to a 24/7 operation.
The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering and 1–10 years of experience, with strong data analysis skills and knowledge of DeltaV, Rockwell PLC/HMI, and compliance systems such as Veeva Vault.
Qualifications
- BS in Engineering (Electrical, Chemical, Computer, Mechanical, or Industrial).
- 1–4 years of experience with learning agility, or 5–10 years in a similar automation/controls role.
- Computer systems validation experience in GMP operations.
- Strong data analysis skills (Excel and alarm management/reporting tools such as Logmate).
- Logical, systematic problem-solving with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Availability to work or support a 24/7 operation.
