Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support API production during the startup phase and into full GMP manufacturing. You will learn specialized area operations, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate across shifts to meet production targets.

The role requires 3+ years in API manufacturing, familiarity with GMP and FDA guidelines, and flexibility for 12-hour rotating shifts including nights and weekends.

Competenze

• 3+ years of API manufacturing experience is required.
• Understanding of FDA guidelines and cGMP requirements is preferred.

Mansioni

• Adhering to safety, quality, and environmental requirements and communicating any adverse events.
• Operate processes and equipment per batch records and SOPs to meet production schedules.
• Perform daily monitoring, testing, and cleaning to keep equipment in good operating condition.
• Support start-up activities and learn from sites that produce APIs.
• Communicate status during handover and participate in daily shift huddles to set operational goals.
