Job summary

Lilly Medicine Foundry Operations is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support startup activities and bring manufacturing equipment into service. You will become an expert in Small Molecule, Hybrid, or Biologics areas, with travel to collaborate across sites and oversee production after startup.

Safety-first, quality-always mindset is essential. The role requires a 12-hour rotating shift (3-2-2-3) and is based in Indianapolis, IN with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• API manufacturing experience is required.
• GMP and/or chemical processing experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental requirements and communicate issues.
• Operate processes per batch records and procedures to meet production schedules.
• Perform daily monitoring, testing, and cleaning to keep equipment in good condition.
