Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions in Albany, NY is hiring an Analytical Manager to oversee GMP testing across in-process, intermediates, raw materials, APIs, and stability. You will guide leaders and analysts to prioritize team development and project scope, with a background in GMP analytical chemistry and site setup.

The role requires managing multiple shifts across 7 days, mentoring teams, and ensuring quality and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or related science; 3+ years lab experience.
• Proven lead in deviation investigations, CAPAs, OOS and related QA activities.
• Strong leadership, project management, and client service skills.
• Excellent communication, and ability to work independently in a team.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Lead teams, schedules, and train employees in a client environment.
• Organize technical resources to meet client goals and deadlines.
• Ensure quality and productivity metrics and strong collaboration.
• Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings with direct reports and client managers.
• Disseminate administrative communications to the team.
• Assist Director with business operations as needed.
• Stay current in science and tech; consult with clients as needed.
• Provide support in lab functions as required.
