Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is hiring a QC Analytical Chemist Group Leader to lead GMP testing of pharmaceutical in-process, raw materials, intermediates, APIs, and stability samples. You will guide investigations, support method transfer, and manage a 3–5 person team.

The role requires 3+ years GMP/GLP exposure (or 1+ years with an MS) and demonstrated leadership, with shifts 6am–6pm on a rotating schedule. Competitive full-time benefits offered.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related degree with 3+ years GMP/GLP testing experience; OR MS with 1+ years GMP/GLP experience.
• At least a year of industry experience with LC, Conductivity, and Titration.
• Proven experience with two or more techniques/instruments: NMR, GC, ICP-OES, IR, RI, UV-Vis, or TGA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing and review per approved methods, specifications, and GMP requirements.
• Follow GMP regulations and ICH guidelines (21 CFR Parts 210/211).
• Test pharmaceutical samples (in-process, raw materials, APIs, stability).
• Participate in method transfer, qualification, and verification studies.
• Support investigations for OOS/OOT/invalid results.
• Lead and develop a team of chemists; serve as client contact and promote company vision.
