Harri is seeking a General Manager in Training to oversee all staff, budgets and operations of the local business unit. You will help formulate strategy, manage people and establish policies to drive profitability and growth.

As a thoughtful leader, you’ll develop and empower teams, supervise recruitment and training, monitor performance, and report results to upper management. This role offers hands-on leadership in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a manager or executive.
• Strong budgeting and planning skills.
• Knowledge of finance, HR, procurement, and operations.
• Excellent analytical ability and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
