Harri is seeking a General Manager in Training to oversee day-to-day operations, design growth strategies, and manage budgets. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while driving profitability and ensuring safety compliance. You’ll prepare reports for upper management and mentor future leaders.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication, with a focus on optimizing performance across the business unit in California.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Manager or similar executive role.
• Experience in planning and budgeting.
• Knowledge of business processes (finance, HR, procurement, operations).
• Strong analytical ability.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• BSc/BA in Business or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
