Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Graduate Medical Education Program Administrator to oversee all functions of the GME training programs at TUH and affiliated sites. The role includes recruitment, orientation, graduation of residents, licensure processes, employment requirements, and ensuring compliance with hospital and GME policies.

The ideal candidate will organize workload efficiently, meet deadlines, and maintain diligent records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 3 years experience in an Administrative role required.
• General Experience working in a GME program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer all functions of Graduate Medical Education training programs.
• Manage recruitment, orientation, and graduation of house staff.
• Handle medical licensure and employment requirements.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and GME program requirements.
• Organize workload effectively, prioritize assignments to meet deadlines, and maintain organized record keeping systems.
