Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in medical education or higher education support preferred.
• Two years experience in a medical education or higher education support position required.

Responsibilities

• Handle trainee payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on trainee issues and policy matters.
• Manage schedules and attendance for all educational activities and conferences.
• Oversee residency curriculum, exams, and accreditation documentation.
• Administer program budgets, expenses, and forecasting for the academic year.
• Coordinate site visits, self-studies, and accreditation review processes.
• Maintain databases and websites (MedHub, ACGME WebADS, GMETrack).
