Job summary

West Anaheim Medical Center, part of Prime Healthcare, seeks a Program Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of accredited GME programs. You will coordinate with faculty and trainees, assist with maintaining accreditation, and handle trainee recruitment and database management.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of GME/UME experience, familiarity with Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Graduate Medical Education (GME) and/or Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) experience preferred.
• ACGME experience preferred.
• Associates degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational functions of accredited GME training programs.
• Maintain knowledge of accreditation policies and hospital policies.
• Recruit trainees, manage projects, and maintain databases.
• Communicate with faculty and trainees on a range of issues.
