Job summary

Qualifications

• Education required: Bachelor’s degree or two years of management/leadership experience.
• Experience in Graduate Medical Education is required.
• Preferred: HR experience and/or personnel management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees HR and personnel management for residents and fellows.
• Supports onboarding, training, and compliance across programs.
• Manages accreditation readiness and survey processes.
• Oversees GME budgets and financial reporting.
• Ensures confidentiality and professional conduct in communications.
