Choctaw-Nicoma Park Public School District is seeking a COOK for the Choctaw, Oklahoma cafeteria program. The role focuses on preparing and serving nutritious meals in a clean, efficient environment.

Position is part-time (164/166 day contract) with salary to be determined per the SECNP Master Contract; reports to Child Nutrition Site Supervisor and supports daily kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the preparation and serving of food in a quick and pleasant manner.
• Assumes responsibility for seeing to it that during meal service periods the supply of food is replenished regularly.
• Assists in the daily cleanup of the kitchen and service area.
• Performs major cleaning of refrigerators and storerooms at regularly scheduled intervals as designated by the cook.
• Assumes responsibility for storage and disposal of unused food.
• Performs such other cafeteria duties as prescribed by the Director of Child Nutrition and/or Child Nutrition Site Supervisor.
