Job summary

Stage 4 Solutions seeks a Graduate Medical Education (GME) Institutional Administrator to support NIH Clinical Center programs in Bethesda, MD. This 5-year, full-time onsite role centers on accreditation, documentation, and program support for GME activities.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in GME administration, knowledge of ACGME requirements, strong Microsoft Office skills, and experience with GME management systems; a Bachelor's degree is required, a Master's is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of direct experience in graduate medical education administration or equivalent.
• Experience supporting an ACGME-accredited residency or fellowship program or equivalent governance structure.
• Knowledge of ACGME Institutional and Program Requirements and GME administration.
• Experience coordinating accreditation activities and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with GME management systems such as New Innovations, MedHub, ADS, or similar systems preferred.
• Bachelor's degree; master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate GME accreditation activities and documentation to support compliance with ACGME requirements.
• Support accreditation submissions and activities, including annual updates and program changes.
• Coordinate GMEC activities: meetings, agendas, materials, minutes, and action follow-ups.
• Coordinate Annual Program Reviews and oversee institutional program accreditation status and evaluations.
• Support AIRs, Special Reviews, accreditation monitoring, and corrective action plans.
• Coordinate Clinical Fellow onboarding, appointments, orientation, and related admin activities with NIH offices.
• Maintain onboarding documentation, timelines, and appointment materials.
• Maintain GME policies, procedures, and agreements of appointment.
• Maintain GME databases and trainee management systems with secure data handling.
• Develop standardized workflows and drive operational improvements for accreditation readiness.
• Collaborate with DIO, Program Directors, Coordinators, Fellows, NIH Institutes, and leadership.
