Job summary

nou Systems, Inc. seeks a Ground-Based Midcourse Defense Fire Control Analysis SME to join the Engineering Services Division in Huntsville, AL.

You will work on the MDS OTA Team, providing independent operational assessment of the Missile Defense System and supporting test events. Responsibilities include coordinating system-level testing objectives, integrating architectures, and reporting findings to government and military leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s STEM degree required; graduate STEM degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of full-time professional analysis experience; 10+ years preferred in Missile Defense System Operations and Testing.
• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one.
• U.S. citizen required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of system-level operational testing by developing test objectives and integrating test architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including MDA, CCMDs, and DOT&E during test planning, execution, analysis, and reporting.
• Apply expertise in GFC analysis, software builds, Warfighter observations, and TTPs to execute comprehensive SoS analyses.
• Prepare technical reports and executive briefings communicating observations, findings, risk assessments, and recommendations.
