Responsibilities

1. Safely and efficiently operate forklift and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transfer materials and products without causing damage within the warehouse and to/from delivery trucks.
2. Ensure all items are received according to procedures and stocked in designated locations.
3. Maintain inventory and prepare cycle counts.
4. Complete Will Calls accurately and timely.
5. Accurately complete paperwork and transaction entries.
6. Always wear proper PPE and uniform during shifts.
7. Follow safety procedures, including forklift inspections and housekeeping.
8. Assist customers and CSRs as needed.
9. Adhere to standard operating procedures and company policies.
10. Perform additional tasks as required.

Knowledge & Skills

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and awareness of surroundings.
• Basic computer skills for data entry, reporting, and order processing.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pass Prove It and driving tests; forklift certification within 30 days.
• Dependability, teamwork, and positive relationship building.
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.

Experience & Education

• At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: 1+ years industrial forklift experience.

Physical & Work Environment

• Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
• Pass pre-employment physical.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
