1st Shift Warehouse Associate, Kalamazoo, MI

Responsibilities

1. Arrive on time and prepared for work
2. Operate forklift, scanner, and iPad
3. Review truck schedule and receive assignments
4. Create replenishing tasks using the iPad
5. Replenish and stock inventory by hand and forklift
6. Handle incoming product deliveries
7. Learn receiving processes, including organizing returns, unloading trucks, and inventory entry
8. Coordinate with team for product readiness and next-day preparations

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years or older
• Basic computer skills for iPad and management software
• Flexibility with shift end times
• Attention to detail and urgency in meeting deadlines
• Ability to lift 30 pounds repetitively and up to 165 pounds
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to work at least 8 hours per day
