Sintel Inc. in Michigan seeks a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our production team. You will set up and operate welding equipment, read blueprints, and MIG weld precise components in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork to meet production targets. We offer a 2nd shift with a 4-day workweek (four 10-hour shifts), a 20% shift premium, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) and PTO.

Qualifications

• Experience in welding and fabrication for production setups.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in MIG welding techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus
