Job summary

AuraOne is seeking a remote evaluation contractor to review Gmail and Google Calendar AI Assistant outputs against our quality rubric. You will label issues, compare responses, and contribute structured feedback to help retrain the model.

This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to apply rubrics consistently across long batches, with at least 10 hours per week available asynchronously. Compensation is hourly and determined after interview.

Qualifications

• Prior evaluation, annotation, or human-rater experience on Gmail & Google Calendar AI Assistant evaluation or adjacent content.
• Comfort applying multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning naming the issue and the rubric clause applied.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to flag when a prompt is the problem.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Gmail and Google Calendar AI Assistant evaluation model outputs against a versioned rubric and assign severity tags.
• Compare paired responses and select the stronger answer with a written rationale.
• Label hallucinations, instruction-following failures, and unsafe content with structured tags.
• Capture ambiguous prompts and route them back to the program team for rubric updates.
• Calibrate reviewer-quality scores against gold-standard examples weekly.
• Document recurring failure modes for the modeling team to address in training.
