Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete realistic digital tasks (emailing, scheduling, booking) using AI tools.
• Provide clear instructions to AI assistants and verify results.
• Apply grading guidelines to evaluate, rank, and annotate responses.
• Test scenarios with emails, invites, bookings, and multi-person coordination.
• Record findings and submit evaluation data per project standards.
• Collaborate with trainers to resolve ambiguities and ensure consistency.
• Participate in ongoing quality reviews to maintain high standards.
