Responsibilities

• Submit warranty repair orders screened, corrected, and verified to be GM warranty compliant.
• Communicate with technicians about warranty RO's, GM labor time guide, and related requirements.
• Assist the accounting department with managing the warranty schedule.
• Collaborate with technicians, advisors, and management about deficiencies in warranty orders.
• Assist management in developing processes to limit corrections needed for warranty orders.
