Steak ’n Shake is seeking a General Manager for a partnership opportunity in the United States. This full-time role offers up to $80,000 annually with a path to ownership through Franchisee Partner eligibility.

We’re not looking for a traditional manager; we want leaders who can own their numbers, recruit and mentor teams, and drive hospitality excellence on the floor. The ideal candidate has GM experience in QSR and a proven ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in QSR or fast-casual GM role.
• Fluency in P&L management; able to quote food cost and labor %.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor and own store numbers.
• Recruit, train and build a high-performing team.
• Uphold brand, food safety, and hospitality standards.
