Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader in a full-time, on-site role in the United States. You will lead hourly team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive sales while maintaining store operations such as merchandising, pricing, fulfillment, and backroom activities.

This role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and compliance with company policies. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a willingness to work a flexible schedule, and prior retail experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold Target's service commitments.
• Coach and develop hourly teammates, including interviewing and performance feedback.
• Plan and assign daily tasks to meet store priorities and drive sales goals.
• Ensure accurate merchandising, pricing, and stock availability on the sales floor.
• Support store operations including fulfillment, backroom organization, and safety compliance.
• Lead by example in training, onboarding, and following Target policies.
