Job summary

Target is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader to drive guest experience and store performance. You will lead and coach hourly team members, manage daily workflows, and ensure merchandising standards are met to support sales goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Training and advancement opportunities are provided within Target's team.

• Coach and develop hourly team members and evaluate performance.
• Ensure safety, compliance and respectful conduct in all store activities.
