You will help with replenishment, pricing, signing, and maintaining the sales floor and backroom. The position emphasizes strong guest service, collaboration with teammates, and the ability to handle fast-paced tasks while meeting daily goals.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store.
• Experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory replenishment, and process efficiency and improvement.
• Executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the commitments: greet guests, assist in locating items, resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain a positive attitude while supporting peers.
• Assist in restocking, organizing the backroom, pricing activities, and posting promotional signs for GM areas.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier and digital fulfillment processes (picking/packing orders or delivery pickup).
• Follow safety procedures, cash handling as needed, and maintain a clean, safe workplace.
