Job summary

Target's General Merchandise team in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a General Merchandise Team Leader to guide guest experience and drive store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Age 18 or older.
• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.
• Lead daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and sales goals.
• Recruit, coach and retain hourly team members.
• Manage stock, pricing, merchandising and store signage.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and store policies.
