Job summary

Target is hiring a General Merchandise Team Leader in Michigan. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, manage daily workloads, and ensure accurate merchandising, pricing and signage. The role involves coaching hourly teammates, guiding fulfillment tasks, and upholding safety and store procedures.

You will participate in training, develop your team, and contribute to achieving store sales goals while maintaining high standards of guest service and operational excellence.

• Maintain product availability, pricing and signage on the sales floor.
• Support store operations and safety procedures, including compliance with policies.
