Job summary

Leesburg Buick GMC Hummer in Leesburg, VA is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our dealership team. The role offers a Base Salary PLUS Commission with medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid vacation and sick time, a 401(k) match, and employee discounts.

Manufacturer training and a team-oriented culture are also provided. Ideal candidates have GM parts experience, 1–2 years in a parts counter role, and strong knowledge of GM catalogs and DMS tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing correct automotive parts
• Support technicians by issuing parts for scheduled repairs
• Answer inquiries about parts availability, pricing, and lead times
• Source and order parts using OEM catalogs and lookup systems
• Manage orders, receive shipments, and replenish inventory
• Maintain organized, well-stocked parts department with proper labeling
• Perform local parts deliveries as needed
• Update inventory control systems with accuracy
