Job summary

Four Seasons Jackson Hole is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage leader to guide restaurant and lounge staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will train and motivate teams, oversee menu design with the Executive Chef, and execute promotional strategies that boost revenue while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.

You will manage labor costs, plan scheduling, and participate in annual marketing plans.

Qualifications

• College degree in hotel/restaurant mgmt or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2–3 years in food & beverage leadership roles.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees and managers to meet cultural and core standards.
• Handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests and group contacts.
• Collaborate with the F&B Director and Executive Chef to design menus and wine lists with quality products at fair prices.
• Perform pre-shifts to communicate important service announcements or expectations.
• Drive innovative promotions and offers to increase revenue and profit.
• Achieve revenue and profit targets and participate in marketing plan development and execution.
• Be visible in operations, recognize staff, promote good relations, and manage guest requests.
• Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods; knowledge of wine and spirits.
